Penobscot Fly Fishers Officers and Directors
Governance is provided by an eleven-person volunteer Board of Directors that is comprised of four officers - President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer - each elected for two-year terms. The remainder of the board consists of the immediate past President and six Directors, each elected for three-year terms.
The Board works for the membership-at-large and steers the club in accordance with our mission statement of advancing outdoor education, conservation and of course, fishing!
There are several committees listed below - we are ALWAYS looking for volunteers to staff and run these committees. It is a good thing to upgrade with fresh blood and fresh ideas. If you want to volunteer, talk to one of your club Officers or committee members.
