Board meeting 1/21/26 at above location Our meetings are in full swing. The speaker for our March 4th meeting is Jacob Scoville Topic "The Gland Lake Stream Hatchery Jacob Scoville is the Fisheries Resource Supervisor of the Grand Lakes Region in Downeast Maine. A Machias native, Jacob is a graduate of Unity College and has been working full-time as a fisheries biologist with MDIFW since 2017. Before his full-time employment, Jacob spent several years working as a seasonal technician, including a year working with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. Members, please let us know who or what you would like at the next couple of meetings. If you have something that you would like to see the club do, please let us know. If it is some type of class or speakers or 'something else. Well, here is your chance to get involved. We are looking for someone to step up and get speakers for the meetings. It is really easier than you would think let the President know if you are interested in helping the club out. The menu for this month’s Dinner Jan and her crew will be preparing This month’s dinner will be smothered beef with a vegetable, salad, rolls, and dessert. Having dinner at the club meeting is not required for attendance. Tea, coffee, and dessert is also part of the dinner. Election of Officers

Our regular, monthly meetings are on on the first Wednesday of each month. Meal is prepared by PCCA members, is always delicious and is available for purchase $15. Meal purchase is optional - please come to the meeting even if you don't want to purchase the meal.
Penobscot Fly Fishers is a Fly Fishing and 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization that promotes outdoor fishing activities and conservation of our Maine fisheries. We meet at the Penobscot County Conservation Association's clubhouse located at 570 N Main St., Brewer, the first Wednesday of every month, September through June. We have monthly meetings with interesting speakers, annual fly tying classes which start the first week of January thru March, Fly Fishing 101 class every April, local High School fly tying, casting clinics, assist IF&W with fish marking, fish stocking, and of course, fishing!
